We have two schemes that we are currently able to offer:

Offer Scheme (A)

This scheme is for companies wanting to comply with FENSA and FSA requirements by simply offering their customers the opportunity to purchase an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG).

How scheme A works:

• You the installing company enter your installations via the FENSA website, e.mail or fax in exactly the same way as you do now. When joining our scheme you can also enter conservatories and roofline installations where required.
• Borough I.T. (a GGF company) using the information supplied to FENSA will automatically forward on to your customer an offer letter. There is no need for you to send a separate list to us or any other third party.
• Invoicing and payment is done by Borough I.T. monthly and is collected by Direct Debit.

Prices

• You will be charged £1.50+ vat per offer letter sent. (There is no minimum number per month and no minimum fee).
• Your customer(s) pay for any take up of the guarantees, unless you request otherwise.

Give Scheme (B)(Available to all Companies)

This scheme MUST be used by a company, which regularly takes deposits.

Those wishing to provide all their customers with an insurance policy regardless of whether they take deposits may also use it.

How scheme B works:

• You the installing company enter your installations via the FENSA website, e.mail or fax in exactly the same way as you do now. When joining our scheme you can also enter conservatories and roofline installations where required.
• Borough I.T. (using the information supplied to FENSA) automatically forward on to your customer(s) Certificate of Insurances. There is no need for you to send a separate list to us or any other third party.
• Invoicing and payment is done by Borough I.T. monthly and is collected by Direct Debit.

Prices

The prices include a deposit indemnity of up to 25% of the contract price or £ 6,250 whichever is the lesser.
