All new claims will be acknowledged within 4 working days of receipt



You will be provided with clear, concise information while being kept fully informed during every step of your claim


Your queries will be responded to within 4 working days in a manner that is efficient, prompt and polite


All claims will be handled fairly and decisions made promptly


If you are in a position whereby you feel you need to make a claim on your policy, please consult the “How to Make a Claim” section of your policy documents.
